Between your request and the load
لسنا مصنعًا ولا وسيطًا يرفع السعر ويختفي. نشتري بكميات من مصانع مرخّصة، ونتحمل النقل والتحصيل والمطالبة إذا وصلت الحمولة غلط.
We are not a factory, and not a broker who marks up the price and disappears. We buy in volume from licensed factories and carry the haulage, the collection, and the claim if a load turns up wrong.

من الموقع، أو برسالة واتساب، أو مكالمة. أكثر ما يصلنا صورة من جدول الحديد أو من جدول الكميات، ونحن نفرّغها ونرجع لك بالتفريغ حتى تراجعه قبل التسعير.
From this site, by WhatsApp, or on a call. What reaches us most is a photograph of the bar schedule or the bill of quantities. We transcribe it and send the transcription back so you can check it before anything is priced.
إذا كانت المواصفة ناقصة نسأل، ولا نفترض. الافتراض هو سبب أغلب الحمولات المرفوضة.
If a specification is incomplete we ask rather than assume. Assumption is the reason most loads get rejected.
نطلب السعر من ثلاثة، ونعرض الثلاثة
We ask three suppliers, and we show you all three
لكل صنف قائمة موردين معتمدين. نرسل كميتك لثلاثة منهم في نفس اللحظة، ونعرض عليك ما ردّوا به: السعر، والمتاح في المخزون اليوم، وأقرب موعد تحميل.
Every line has a list of approved suppliers. We send your quantity to three of them at once and show you what came back: the price, what is actually in stock today, and the earliest loading slot.

If the gap is two riyals and the cheaper supplier is three days behind, we say so plainly.

Our margin sits on top of the price and is visible in the quote, not folded into the unit rate.

The slot is a commitment, and delay gets reported
تختار اليوم والساعة ونافذة الدخول. أربع من كل مئة شحنة تتأخر، وهذا رقم حقيقي لا ننكره. الفرق أننا نتصل قبل التأخير لا بعده، وتقدر تؤجل التفريغ بلا رسوم.
You pick the day, the hour and the access window. Four loads in every hundred run late, and that is a real number we do not hide. The difference is that we call before the delay rather than after, and you can push the offload with no charge.

They reach your phone at loading time, so you can turn a load back while it is still on the road instead of discovering the problem after it is tipped.

الحمولة ناقصة أو غير مطابقةThe load is short or off spec
ارفضها في الموقع وصوّر تذكرة الوزن. نستبدل الحمولة على حسابنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة في المدن الرئيسية، ولا تدفع فرق النقل. المطالبة مع المصنع مسؤوليتنا لا مسؤوليتك.
Refuse it on site and photograph the weighbridge ticket. We replace the load at our cost within 24 hours in the main cities, and you pay no haulage difference. Chasing the factory is our problem, not yours.
تأخر التوصيل عن الموعدThe delivery misses its slot
نتصل قبل الموعد بساعة على الأقل إذا كان التأخير معروفًا. إذا تجاوز التأخير النافذة بأربع ساعات ولم نُبلغك، تُلغى رسوم التوصيل من الفاتورة.
We call at least an hour ahead when a delay is known. If a load runs four hours past its window and we did not tell you, the delivery charge comes off the invoice.
تغيّرت الكمية بعد التأكيدThe quantity changes after confirmation
التعديل مجاني قبل التحميل بست ساعات. بعد التحميل نقدر نضيف كمية على حمولة ثانية، لكن الإنقاص يصير برسوم النقل فقط لأن الشاحنة تحركت.
Changes are free up to six hours before loading. After loading we can add to a second run, but reducing costs the haulage only, because the truck has already moved.
الموقع ما يدخله شاحنة كبيرةA large truck cannot reach the site
اكتب ذلك في ملاحظات الطلب. نوزع الحمولة على شاحنات أصغر، وتُعرض عليك الرسوم الإضافية قبل التأكيد لا بعده.
Say so in the order notes. We split the load across smaller trucks, and the extra charge is shown to you before you confirm rather than after.
